If you've ever had an idea for a business, but weren't sure how to put it all together, you've arrived at the right place. All business resources offered on this site are completely free to download and use. All of the books we recommend to help you hone your basic business management skills are also freely available at the Public Library.

Our objective is to bring together all of the basic tools you need in one place, at no cost to you, to help you succeed. All you need is an idea and the determination to make it work.

Have an Idea? Unemployed? Under-employed? - Read On

The United States is currently staring at double digit unemployment, (a much higher rate for those returning home from our armed forces), massive under-employment and a possible double-dip recession. Factor in spiraling inflation (food costs are up 37.5% and gasoline costs are up 26% since 2009, but are not factored into the "Official" inflation rate of 6%) and half a million people losing there jobs weekly, you can see why we decided to put this information up.

While it's true that in good times very few people would ever risk starting their own business, our depressed economy will soon dictate a major change in this model. People are going to be forced to go into business for themselves just to survive. We're not suggesting going into more debt to do it, that is the last thing you would want to do in times like these, we're talking about starting a business with what you already have, and even if that's little to none, you can do it.

If you already have a job, but are having trouble making ends meet, consider starting your own business to help supplement your income. Even if you only started out making a few hundred dollars a month working at it part time, which is obviously not enough to live on, that translates into a few thousand dollars extra over the course of the year. As your business begins to grow, you could cut back your hours at your job and spend more time working at your business. Don't quit your job, do them both until it becomes crystal clear that it is costing you money to keep working for someone else.

What's the bottom line? If you just have an "idea" of something you could do to make money and the determination to do it, we will supply all of the business tools and support systems you need to make it a reality.
